Good afternoon,
I am a member of a CC. We are 6 members within the CC with different shareholding. We are in the process of selling the Apartment that we bought within the CC. Not everyone agrees on the sale. What does the law say about agreement to a sale. If 4 of the members within the CC agree to the sale, can the sale go ahead or do all members have to agree to the sale.
