Good day,
My dad has a court case starting in May 2023. He was arrested 6 years ago for illegal dealing in precious metals but no money was exchanged and he was not even present at the scene. Only his truck was there and there was no precious metals. He was let out on bail after his arrest in 2018.
The case was never prosecuted due to the states lack of evidence. How much longer can a case like this continue without evidence or prosecution in South African law.
