I had a noise from my car, stopped and went to check and it was a tire from my car boot that got damaged by a pothole that i just changed and put it in correct place and just drove few meters listening if a sound is still there and just when i was about to put my seatbelt on, an officer stopped me and i never got a chance to explain. I got a ticket and i do have a receipt for fixing my car tire just 2 days after i got a ticket. What are my chances of getting my ticket being cancelled or not having a criminal record?
