Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape

Good day

Im not sure what 'law' catagory this falls under but it is has become an ongoing problem and i actually want Facebook to remove this person from Facebook for slander or defamation of character.

This person has posted our inbox conversations on his group [he has an event group] and has blocked me so i cannot see or comment or defend myself. He has had other people commenting and slandering basically and ive confronted him on the inbox to stop and take all my private details off as he posted the entire conversation with my profile link and my private mobile number which is not on FB as i gave it to him personally.

After some inbox messaging and legal threats he said he removed it but now i hear from a friend that he is continuing to slander my name and i have a company on facebook in regards to film and it is making my name and my husband's name look bad and people are even saying my profile is a fake.

I would like to have this matter looked into.
The person's name is Patrick Vee Pollachi
His link is: https://www.facebook.com/patrick.vee

The group he is slandering my name on is: https://www.facebook.com/groups/165731266942299/ - The 80's Experience [which was copied from another person who does the same parties]
His contact number is: 0712345657 [cape town]

I would request to delete Patrick Vee Pollachi's account but he has blocked me and im kicked out of his group so he can continue slandering without my knowledge...

Can you please assist?

This is an urgent matter and he has not taken my legal threat seriously so i think best to give a legal warning with proof of legal action or just remove him from Facebook.

Regards
Samantha
