Good morning I hope and trust all is well, I have a question regarding a account I had with Checkers Food Services for my restaurant.

I fell behind with payments on march 2023 due to the current economic climate,  The situation have not improved and we ended up being handed over and when the lawyers came into contact with my they started threatening that they will take my assets to revover the money. Now I did pay off R30 000.00 of the R55 000.00 over the weekend and they are still threatening to come to my home and take my assets there has been nou court date and I did explain that the restaurant is not making money and I just got a new work so I just need a bit of time to pay off the balance they unfortunately have no interest in making an arrangement
