Hi

I need help getting a RSA ID. I applied for and recevied permanent residency in 2010 after having had a work permit for 5 years. I then applied for a RSA ID but have been told there is a duplicatation in the sytem. I have since reapplied 3 times and keep having the same problem. I keep getting referred back to the office of application and they don't know how to resolve the issue except for having me reapply.
