Good day, I hope you're well.
I would like to know whether a third party can be sued in a divorce in the North West province in South Africa.
In this case there has been no sexual adultery, but an emotional connection between one of the spouses and an outside party. The emotional connection is confirmed through WhatsApp messages declaring love for each other. This is also what has led to the decision of the one party to start divorce proceedings by consulting a lawyer.
