Good day, I've made a contract with a protential lessee to rent my store in January. The start for the contract is to begin in March of 2024. The hole two monts I have been holding the store closed for the lessee as it will be first use in March. The 1st of March is hear and I did not heard or seen the lessee. How can I cancel the contract and what can I do in this situation? I'm loosing money and their are lots of other people that want to rent the store. Please advice.
