Good day.

im renting a granny flat and my boyfriend stays with me. My contract states that one person or a couple are allowed to stay there.

My boyfriend were wrongly acused be another person and this guy went viral with the one sided story. My landlord told me that I need to move because he cannot have my boyfriend staying there because of what he and saw on you tub ect.

Can he do that? I am a good tenant. Pay my rent on time and does no harm to his property.
