good day

i would like to know, i was married in community of property my husband passed away in 2011.at the moment i am the one who is paying the bond there was never a credit protection.
my husaband has 4 children i want to buy their shares from the house but i struggle they dont want to sign.
what is the way forward because i am paying alone everymonth.
