good day

ive been accussed of sexual harrasment at work  from two ladies , the one incident accurred a month ago where we where called to help carry somthing the lady came and i just moved her out of the way but my hands was on both sides of her body which i ddnt intententionally do so after work some one told me that she is upset and that i must be careful cause she will make a complain of sexual harresment so the next morning i got to work went to her and apoligized if i had touch her inappriopriatly or offended her we then ddnt speak a few days but after a week things where back to normal we spoke we greeted but never sexuaal things even lastweek we joked in the cloakroom but friday some one else maded acase agaings me for for whisling at her but it was for her the time i did it she ddnt look seconds later she looked around and then i greeted cause they always stand there so she went to complain so i was suspended till today i got to work today and there was to formal complaints one from the previous girl and one of the other but things where added which im not aware of , i got suspended again till my hearing. So i just askwed for a copy of the disciplanry prosedure of the company which was never given to me aswel as a copy of my contract.

i got the copies but the contract i got was my old contract that was edited without my consent and extented which is not what i signed im stressed out for both cause the contract ends the 28th of this month is it to cover there backs cause i asked a copy and what can happen in my hearing eventhou im not guilty
