hi there, i have been illigally locked out of my place since tuesday. my rent has been paid but is not showing in their account. i have explained that this is the problem with the bank, they will not let me get anything out of the place and want to sell my stuff if payment is not made today. i live in a place which is falling apart has mould on the walls and is very unsafe. yet they want me to pay R5500 for a rotten place. i have not gotten any written notice and they do not have a court order to evict me.all they do is threaten me!
what can i do to remove my belongings from that place.
