Hie Iam a tenant that moved into a flat in November 2015 and the owner told me that he is also selling the flat but he will give me 3 months notice when it is bought.Apparently yesterday I received a message from a lady claiming to ve the new owner asking me 5o move out at the end of this month which is 12 days notice and when I contacted the previous owner he said yes she can do that since I'm owing him this month's rent of which he knows very well the circumstances beyond my late payment.How do I go about it?
