Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Good morning,
Me and my wife personally went to edge fitness in Jeffrey's bay to make sure our fees were up to date and to give notice on our contract as we where moving to the Western Cape. For a year after we gave notice at the gym they have been debit ordering the fees and now say we have to cancel the contract online. With no permission have the been deducting their fees monthly and we now would like a refund of the year they have been taking fees with no permission. There are no legal paper signed for them to continue the debit after our contract expired.
