I am a director at a vehicle rental company for the past year i have had disputes with the fellow directors, owners of the company, i have been assured for the past year that i would be removed as a dorector but this has not materialised, to make matters worse is that one vehicle was financed on my name i have asked them to bring a solution to the table, but till this date nothing, i have been asked to ask for financial relief for three months and now again for another three months, but i do not want a further extension on this, i have access to all the bank account statements and transfers,they are not being truthfull do i get the bank to reposess the vehicle and hold them accountable for any outstanding balances, i do not want to be in the position where my credit record gets tarnished, i really need help
