Is it true that a debt review court order may not be a correct reflection of the outstanding
balances and that the court order is as an order confirming the repayment plan, and
does not bind any creditor in respect of the outstanding balances or repayment
terms?
This is what one creditor told me when I finished paying their accounts through the court rearrangement order via debt councillors.
I need clarity.
