Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Hi, I booked a weekend away for the beginning of February this year. I was informed by the people that the venue is no longer available as it will be used for covid patients. I asked the girl that called me if it is possible to change the venue and the date for a March due to the new restrictions that was implemented at the time. She informed me yes she will change it. The owner of the place now informers me that these arrangements was never made as per the records. I informed him that it was a verbal agreement between me and his employee. The lady I spoke with now denies every agreeing to our arrangement and they refuse to uphold it. I have requested the from my service provider the call logs for the time I spoke with the girl and send it to the company. They still do not want to acknowledge any agreement taking place. How can I get the call recordings of the calls between me and the girl and what other way can I get them to uphold the agreement? Thank you in advance
