Hi there

I wonder if you can help me.... I helped a friend and she lived by us for 3 years she paid rent every month and about 2 weeks ago she packed her things and left without even telling us... owing a months rent. Unfortunately we didn't give her a contract because we didn't think she would do such a thing.
Also I borrowed her my car to use while she didn't have transport and she bumped my car abt a year ago... she told me someone had bumped the car, and I had found out recently that l, that was a lie.... she said she would pay for the damages but now she has skipped out on rent and the damages.... she will not respond to my phone calls or sms...The question I have is... Do I have any foot to stand on???
