Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Hi, myself and a lady have been living together for about 2 years. We are busy breaking up. She advised me that I am not allowed to remove any items that I brought into the household. Please advise what my rights are
I have given gifts and helped her for instance to buy a saddle for her horseriding od R5500, on which she said I owe her for staying with her and the money can get deducted from this.
I buy groceries and help with petrol for her car etc.
Please advise what my rights are and if O have any
