Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I signed a contract with the company called Insika yethu trading and i resumed work immediately as they promised to give me the copy but they didn't until i reached fortnight and they were supposed to pay but they didn't and i stopped. It was in August 2018 and up to this far am still waiting for my payment.
Is it possible that i can sue them for costing me my business of all these months, that i can calculate my fortnight payment of R69 000 till to date?
